Food & Beverages

The restaurant offers traditional German cuisine, and is open from Mondays to Saturdays between 17:00 and 22:00, and on Sundays from 11:00 until 15:00. The restaurant may also be booked for group functions, family occasions or corporate events, and can stay open for as long as possible subject to prior arrangement.

Normal check-in times are until 17:00 from Mondays until Saturdays and until 15:00 on Sundays. If you intend to arrive any later in this, please contact the hotel by telephone or e-mail in advance in order to arrange an appropriate check-in time.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
