If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12 per night per person for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
