Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 4 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 4 to 8 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 9 to 12 years are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
