Breakfast at The Waterford is one experience you do not want to miss. With a choice of 2 breakfast menus - the standard menu and the breakfast experience menu - whether you're traditional at heart or more adventurous, there is something on the menu to tempt your taste buds. Only the best quality local products are used to ensure standards remain high. Your breakfast is cooked to order and served to your table in the stylish dining room.

Payment Information: A 20% (minimum GBP 20) non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking. Full payment by cash, debit/credit card required on arrival. A supplement of 1.5% will be charged for all debit/credit card transactions. Confirmation letter, balance outstanding and the house's terms and conditions of booking will be sent on receipt of booking. Please advise estimated time of arrival at time of booking. Please note: The Waterford does not accept large same sex groups or stag and hen parties The Waterford has a strict non-smoking policy.

By Car: From the south: - Take the M6. - Join the M55 via the promenade. - Exit the M55 following signs for Blackpool Air Centre. - After the Air Centre, continue onto the A584, signposted "Promenade", starting at the most southerly point with the sea on your left. - Continue north on the promenade for a distance of 4 miles. - After the Hilton Hotel, take the first right, this is Warley Road. - Gynn Avenue is the first left. - The Waterford is situated on the corner of Warley Road and Gynn Avenue.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
