Bregenzerwald Card: This card offers free access to cable cars, public buses and public swimming pools from May to October. Your Bregenzerwald Card is available if you stay at least 3 nights and is valid for the entire stay.

Food & Beverages

You can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet every day from 07:00 to 10:00. In fair weather you can also have breakfast on the sun terrace. In Bizau or the neighbouring town of Bezau there is a wide range of cafés, traditional inns and gourmet restaurants to choose from.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 13 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
