Please Note:A deposit covering breakages and damages may be required at the time of booking/check in. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, following City Suites inspection of the apartment used by you and settlement of all charges owing to City Suite. City Suites does not allow the apartments to be used for parties. A fixed amount per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. Guests are asked to confirm a check-in time for the apartments on every booking as reception has limited hours. Please note could guests check in at John Bright Street Birmingham B5 4AW

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 7.50 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
