All apartments offer an LCD TV and DVD players. In addition, all apartments have a roll-away sofa bed. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer. Cots and high chairs are available upon request. All apartments are strictly non-smoking.

Payment Information You can only pay with cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Maestro, Switch or other credit/debit cards are not accepted. Please note that all apartments are strictly non-smoking. Stay Birmingham does not allow the apartments to be used for parties. A security deposit of GBP 250 will be required by the hotel.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
