Rooms

This flat has its own entrance as well as a car parking space right in front of the door. There is a large kitchen with a dining area and the space for 4 people to sleep spread over 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath tub and there is a separate WC. Bed sheets and towels are provided.

Please notify the hotel in advance if you will be requiring breakfast. This is available at a small extra charge. The invoice for your stay will be charged on arrival.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
