Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 77.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 2.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 8.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
