All rooms provide a comfortable stay with smart furnishings and a full-equipped kitchen. Every apartment in building II as well as some in building I provide a private veranda or balcony accessed via the living room.

Hotel details

Building I was built around the turn of the century, and after extensive restoration reflects once more its former brilliance, in the typical architectural style of a sea-side resort. A successful combination of historical and modern elements promises a comfortable stay in this authentic ambience. This original building is completed by the addition of the elegant and modern building II.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person between 1 and 10 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 3.50 per child under 10 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
