Rates on our website are quoted in USD. Upon checking out of the hotel, guests will be charged in IDR and the exchange rate from USD to IDR will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate. ------ There is a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner on 31st December 2009, which bears an additional charge per person.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is included.  11 % service charge per room per night is included.  There is no city/tourist tax.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 41.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
