Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking for more than 14 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
