Guests arriving later than 18:00 should contact the reception prior to check-in. Please note that electricity, water and heating are not included in the rates. These come at an additional cost and need to be paid separately. Guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at the Lalandia Service Centre.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs DKK 30.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

25 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
