The reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 06:00-13:00; 16:00-23:00 Saturday and Sunday: 07:00-13:00; 16:00-23:00 Guests arriving outside these hours can check in using the automatic check-in machine located at the entrance. Please remember to provide the booking number, credit card details and passport number. Please note that parking is prohibited outside and in front of the hotel. Guests are advised to use the airport parking area.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

25 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs DKK 59.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
