Area information

A visit to Zakapone is an experience you don't want to miss. This is the winter sports capital and the highest city of Poland, 700 metres above sea level. The mountains are beautiful all year round, and ideal for hiking and skiing. There are also several museums and art galleries. Visits to Auschwitz, Krakow and Wadowice, the birthplace of Pope John Paul II, are highly recommended.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 4.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
