The Best Western Hotel Bielefeld boasts state-of-the-art conference facilities covering 1,300 m². The conference rooms can seat between 5 and 440 people.

The Westfälische Hofstube à-la-carte restaurant and cosy Scheune restaurant are open from 10:30 until 23:30. During the summer months, the Pergola Terrasse summer is open daily from 10:00 until 23:30. From 18:00 until 22:00, it offers a delicious antipasti buffet. On Thursdays, you can opt for a mouth-watering barbecue buffet from 18:30 until 22:00. The 24-hour Hoteltreff bar offers a wide range of soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. Hot and cold snacks are available from 10:00 until 23:30.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 16.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
