The AA Rosette-winning restaurant, Woodlands, looks out across the 10 acres of grounds - a perfect setting. It is stylish and intimate, offering fine cuisine and wines with superb service. The menu is varied, changes every few days, and always includes vegetarian options and boasts many Devonshire delights. The hotel is proud to use seasonal, local produce - organic wherever possible. The restaurant is a popular local venue and is available for functions.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
