Food & Beverages

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole offers you the choice of 3 restaurants. The Boulevard restaurant is buffet-style and serves international cuisine. The Millers gastro-pub serves traditional bar meals, such as succulent steaks and large fish and chip meals, whilst also offering jazz evenings and lunches. Also on-site is the Primevera, offering the finest Italian cuisine available. Finally, a 24-hour lounge is on-hand, as a place where you can relax, eat and drink at any time.

Guests are welcome to bring their pets in the bedrooms but not the public areas of the hotel. Children aged 10yrs or under eat and drink for free, from the children's menu when staying at the hotel. Children aged 11yrs or over must pay for meals. Please note internet is not available in the single bedrooms, thank you.

Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 7.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
