Daily cleaning, end-of-stay-cleaning, TV, bedlinen and towels are available upon request and are not included in the room rates.

Deposit: A deposit of EUR 300 per apartment must be paid on arrival. It is refundable upon departure after the inventory. The reception is open every day from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 18:30. Arrival is not possible outside these hours. The reception is closed on Sundays.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
