The Reception is open everyday from 08:00 to 21:00. In case of late arrival, please contact the hotel in order to get your access codes.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 2.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
