The newly decorated rooms and apartments offer a sea view or a view of the city, and the furnished apartments are to be rented from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.

Hotel details

The hotel is partially air conditioned and the rooms situated at the front of the building offer sweeping views overlooking the sea. Hotel Florida enjoys a central location near all the leisure and cultural activities the city offers. There is a public car park situated under Place Sainte Eugénie (square) and the hotel can book taxis on your behalf. Wireless internet access is available at the Reception only.

Food & Beverages

La Cantine d'Eugénie is open from 19:00 to 22:30 and serves Basque specialities and semi-gourmet dishes.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
