Hotel details

The hotel’s wellness area features a sauna and solarium with free use for guests. The beauty studio offers professional cosmetic and facial treatments as well as a range of massages. In the farmyard you will find hares, hens, horses, ponies, goats, sheep and pigs. Guinea pigs, cats, cows and calves are also here and all are used to curious children’s hands stroking them. On special Harvest Days, kids can enjoy a tractor ride and a sing-song with guitar music around the campfire. Guests both big and small can enjoy the climbing gym with its challenging 9-metre high climbing wall.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 7 years is charged EUR 18.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 11 years is charged EUR 22.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 11 to 16 years is charged EUR 29.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
