Helenes Pension offers one seminar room for 20 people and one conference room for 80 people. Both rooms include modern equipment such as overhead projectors, video recorders, and electronic blackboards. Up to 100 delegates can be accommodated in the guest house. Comprehensive catering is available on request.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
