Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6 per night per child under 14 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child under 14 years is charged EUR 15 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
