It is possible to book apartments with a large balcony or terrace (ranging from 10 to 40 m²), a microwave or oven, and a shower or a bath. If you wish to reserve rooms with any of these particular features, please note them in the comments box and the staff will do its best to meet your requests.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 40.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 15 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per stay for extra beds.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
