Look forward to a modern, flat-screen TV, offering a wide range of cable channels. The comfortable double bed is 160 cm x 200 cm in size, while the sofa bed is 140 cm x 180 cm in size. The spacious bathroom features a level-access shower and is suitable for wheelchair users. By prior arrangement, you can buy tokens for the shared washing machines on the property.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 40.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
