If you are arriving before 15:00 or departing later than 11:00, please contact the apartments in advance. Payment (including the deposit) is due on arrival, in cash only.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 33.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
