The Hotel Aquino’s large conference centre comprises several seminar rooms and lecture theatres featuring state-of-the-art technology. The fully air-conditioned auditorium boasts high ceilings and blackout curtains. It offers an attractive foyer and can accommodate approximately 350 people. The auditorium can be divided into 2 separate venues which can seat 200 and 90 people respectively.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
