Please note that the apartments are located at different addresses. The actual address of your apartment is included in the apartment name. Guests should pick up their key in front of their reserved apartment. Please contact the owners via email to arrange this (the email address will appear in your booking confirmation). Payment is due in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 25.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
