Area information

The Prenzlauer Berg district is a lively district popular with artists, musicians and film makers. Various designer shops, theatres and galleries can be reached on foot from the Precise Myers Berlin. The hotel is also surrounded by several bars, cafes and restaurants. The going-out areas of Schönhauser Allee, Kastanienallee, Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz are all within walking distance. You can also walk to the Jewish cemetery, the Kulturbrauerei and the attractive Mauerpark.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 12.50 per night and person in a baby cot.  All children under 7 years are charged EUR 17.50 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 15 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 37.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
