Kindly inform the landlord of your arrival time in advance. Check-in is possible after 20:00. Please note that a deposit of EUR 100 for the keys will be charged upon arrival. There is also a final cleaning charge of EUR 40, which should be paid when checking out.

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 40.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
