Rooms

This apartment is 40 m² in size, and can sleep up to 4 people. It consists of a large living and sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath-tub, a hallway and balcony. The living and sleeping area features a large double bed and a large, comfortable sofa bed for 2 additional guests. A cot is available on request. The kitchen is separate and is equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave and all essential utensils.

Food & Beverages

There is no food at the apartment, but there is a minibar with drinks. Various restaurants, bars, cafés and fast-food locations, are within walking distance, along the famous shopping street Kurfürstendamm and down the side streets.

Please contact the apartment at least one hour before arrival, to arrange the handover of the keys. There is an additional final cleaning cost of EUR 30. A EUR 50 deposit will be charged on arrival and refunded on departure. Please note that a fee will be charged for late check-in (after 21:00) and for early check-out before (08:00).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
