One bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and sofa bed; another features a bed (140 x 200 cm); the other features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (100 x 200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

The apartments charge a final cleaning fee of EUR 30.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
