Reception is open Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00, and Saturday and Sunday, from 09:00 to 14:00. Please contact the Artus Apartments in advance, if you intend to arrive outside of these hours, to arrange a time to exchange the keys. By prior arrangement, the hotel can arrange a transfer to and from the airport for an additional fee.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
