The full price for the apartment must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. As of 1 January 2008, all personal vehicles must have an Umweltplakatte – environmental sticker. If you wish to bring pets you must state so in the comments box when booking. There will be an additional, one-off price.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 4.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
