As there is no on-site reception desk, please indicate your exact time of arrival at least one day in advance. Please also inform the management if you intend to arrive after 19:00. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Check-in after 19:00 is possible for a surcharge. Check-out after 10:00 is also possible for a surcharge. Please note that there is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 39.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
