The suites feature contemporary, unfussy design and offer a private atmosphere. All modern conveniences are included, including cable television and a hi-fi system. In addition, you find ample workspace with modern communications technology. For your safety, a secure entry system with chip-card is available, and you also find a safe in your suite.

Hotel details

Shopping, laundry, dry cleaning and concierge services are available from 07:00 to 22:00 during the week and from 09:00 to 17:00 at weekends. Washing machines and dryers can be used free of charge. The Clipper City Home has been certified with Excellent (5A) by the TÜV Rheinland certification service.

Food & Beverages

On Sundays, breakfast is served at the nearby Opernpalais between 09:00 and 12:00. (Please note, this breakfast is more expensive than the breakfast offered by the Clipper City Home from Mondays to Saturdays.) The buildings sushi bar, EDO, is open daily for both lunch and dinner. The Sagrantino Wine Bar serves a fine selection of wines and small snacks from lunchtime onwards. Savour the welcoming atmosphere here and relax between your adventures in the capital.

Your suite will be partly cleaned after every 3 nights, and will be fully cleaned after every 6 nights. If you wish your suite to be cleaned more frequently, additional charges will apply. On request, your towels can also be replaced daily for an additional charge. Please note, that on Sundays, breakfast is served at the nearby Opernpalais. This breakfast is more expensive than the breakfast offered by the Clipper City Home from Mondays to Saturdays.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 16.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 19 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
