The apartments are located at different addresses (Droysenstraße, Kurfürstendamm, Nürnberger Straße). The keys will be handed over at the respective address of the apartment. Please let the owners know your contact details and arrival time in order to arrange key collection. Please note that payment must be made in cash, and on the day of arrival. There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 25.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
