Please note that the apartments are located at different addresses. The name of your booked apartment includes the exact address. The keys will be handed over at the respective address of the apartment. Please let the owners know your contact details and arrival time in order to arrange the handing over of the keys. Please note that payment must be made on the day of arrival. If you wish to pay by credit card, please inform the hotel by e-mail in advance.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 25.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
