From the main railway station, take the S-Bahn (city rail) to Alexanderplatz. At Alexanderplatz, take underground line 2 for Pankow and descend at the Eberswalder Straße stop (the 3rd stop). Walk along Danziger Straße until you reach the Dunckerstraße, which is the 3rd street on the left.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 21.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
