Rooms

The Zarenhof's well-equipped apartments are spread over 6 floors and each one has a view of the peaceful inner courtyard. All apartments feature a balcony, except for the loft apartments, and all offer catering facilities. All 6 floors are easily reached by lift. On the ground floor there is an apartment with disabled access. Some apartments are officially designated as smoking apartments, whereas all other apartments and public access areas are strictly non-smoking.

Food & Beverages

All rooms and apartments are equipped with a small kitchen as well as a kettle and coffee machine. For an extra charge, guests can also treat themselves to a typical Russian breakfast, a Czar's breakfast with caviar and blinis (Russian pancakes), in the exclusively furnished breakfast room. Sparkling wine is also served with the Sunday buffet.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
