In our 156 rooms and 39 suites you will find a peaceful oasis of calm. They offer timeless elegance and furnishings that combine tradition with innovation. Warm colour tones and high-quality furnishings as well as spacious lay-outs create a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere in the middle of this pulsing metropolis. All rooms and suites are fitted with adjustable air-conditioning, a 2-line telephone and an answer phone function, international Satellite TV, DVD player, computer and fax connections, a safe and a mini bar. We can provide smoking and non-smoking rooms. The particularly roomy and luxurious marble bathrooms feature deep baths, separate showers, fleecy bath robes and exquisite cosmetic products to pamper you. They also contain make-up mirrors, hair dryers and some suites feature a bidet and a flatscreen TV.

Hotel details

Our exclusive gym is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00, offering all sorts of equipment including cardio machines and free weights. As well as separate saunas for men and women, we also have relaxation chairs and TV screens with headphones throughout the gym area. Enjoy the complimentary fruit, refresh with a chilled drink, and make the most of our beauty spa. Here you can indulge in Ayurveda, Shiatsu and foot reflexology. A heated 16 metre long pool can be found in the nearby fitness club Holmes Place, which can be used by guests for a small charge.

Food & Beverages

Our chef de cuisine Christian Lohse proffers top-quality fish and seafood specialities in the 2-Michelin-starred excellent gourmet restaurant Fischers Fritz. We are open from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 18:30 to 22:30, and provide a unique view of the historical Gendarmentmarkt square and an exclusive ambience. We can offer a private dining room for up to 15 people for ultra-special and intimate business meals or family celebrations. The elegant and soothing lobby lounge invites you to relax and unwind in laid-back atmosphere after a busy day of sight-seeing or after a successful business day. Enjoy an afternoon tea, a light snack or a cocktail in our cosy bar area, open from 11:00 to 01:00 in the morning.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 28.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 35.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
