Please note that no breakfast or restaurant service is available on the premises. Numerous bakeries (open daily from 06:00), cafés and restaurants are situated directly next door. The hotel staff will be happy to provide any additional information you may need.

Please note that guests should check in directly across the road from the apartments, at Brüsseler Straße 16. Please contact the hotel management by e-mail or by telephone at least 1 hour before arrival. Kindly note that payment is due upon arrival. Check-in is possible from 15:00 until 20:00. Guests intending to arrive outside of these times should contact the hotel well in advance. Check-out is by 11:00. A charge applies for bookings made with a credit card.

Travel information

By Car: Take the A100 in the direction of Seestrasse. Turn right into Antwerpener Straße, and right again at the crossroads into Brüsseler Straße. By U-Bahn (underground): Exit the U9 line at Amrumer Straße. Exit the U9 or U8 line at Leopoldplatz. Exit the U8 line at Seestraße.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
