It is a perfect setting for private celebrations, business events and presentations. Guests can also work out in the fitness room, and relax afterwards in the in-house sauna.

The Kanal Grande restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a range of typical German dishes as well as international cuisine. Round off your meal with a drink at the hotel bar.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
