The listed rate is valid for a maximum of 2 guests. Additional guests will be charged upon arrival. Please note that payment is due upon arrival. A mandatory final cleaning fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 20.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
