Hotel details

Your car can be safely parked in our hotel underground car park. We also cater to your every need in terms of admission tickets for sights, shows, sightseeing tours or popular tourist attractions.

Please note that building work will be carried out within the hotel from September 2009 until approximately 15 January 2010. The work will take place daily between 09:30 and 20:00, but there will be no builders in guest areas. The hotel lift will be completely out of use until approximately mid-October 2009.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
