The Uferpalais restaurant features charming views of the lake and a spacious open terrace. Help yourself to a different 3-course menu every day. Upon request, tasty dishes are prepared for vegetarians and diabetics. The rustic Tante Emma bar invites you to enjoy a refreshing beer and irresistible snacks in the evening. You will also find an attractive bar and café-bistro on the premises.

Guests above the age of 60 enjoy a 10% discount on the listed room rate.

Travel information

Take Berlin's A100 Stadtautobahn (city motorway) for Charlottenburg. Exit the motorway at Siemensdamm and continue via Siemensdamm, Nonnendammallee and Am Juliusturm to Falkenseer Platz. At the roundabout, take the 1st road on the right and turn onto Neuendorfer Straße. After approximately 800 metres, you will find the hotel on the right-hand side. By public transport, take the U7 underground (Rathaus Spandau) or S-Bahn (city rail) lines 9 or 75 (Rathaus Spandau). From Rathaus Spandau, take bus 136 or 236 to Neuendorferstraße/ Kirchhofstraße. You will find the hotel after approximately 100 metres on the right-hand side.

Area information

The hotel boasts a quiet yet convenient location directly on lake Spandauer See. Spandau’s historic centre can be comfortably reached on foot or by bus. Berlin’s city centre (Zoologischer Garten railway station) is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Alternatively, you can take public transport from Rathaus Spandau (the journey time is approximately 30 minutes). You also benefit from easy road connections to Tegel Airport, the international trade fair, and the central railway station (the journey time is approximately 15-20 minutes).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 9 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 17 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
