Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 2.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
