Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child or adult is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
