On the first floor of this typical old Berlin building you find 14 quiet and spacious guest rooms. Savour the Berlin flair and modern, individual interiors. All rooms are equipped with shower and wash basin. Some rooms make use of communal WCs in the hallway.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
