Please take note of the check-in times during the Christmas and New Year period: On 24 December 2009 and 31 December 2009, check-in is possible until 15:00. On 25 December 2009, 26 December 2009 and 01 January 2010, check-in is possible until 16:00.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 14 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
